Shipping and payment

Shipping in Serbia

Orders ship by courier within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Shipping costs 390 RSD; orders over 4.000 RSD ship free. We call or e-mail you before shipping to confirm.

Payment in Serbia

Payment is cash on delivery – to the courier when you receive the parcel. No hidden costs.

International shipping

Orders from Europe ship by post within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs €9.90; orders over €60.00 ship free. Payment is by bank transfer – we e-mail the details after confirming your order. Any customs charges outside the EU are paid by the customer.

Returns

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened cosmetics, except in case of a quality complaint.

Complaints

If the parcel is damaged or the product faulty, contact us within 3 days of receipt with a photo – we will replace the product or refund you.
